Short of throwing someone in and then getting kicked out, I would recommend being with one friend who is receptive. With that person , gather at the tub with a few potential converts and somehow convince your friend (the willing one) to enter and report how wonderful it feels. This might convince the others to reconsider. A few bottles of bubbly to lubricate the libido (loosen them up) would help. Good luck.
