Looks like a fake to me.

I'm guessing someone took one of WetScape's puffy dress pics and superimposed the inflated dress on some other pic which may or may not contain wetlook. It was obviously done to set the dress out of all proportion to the figure it obscures (assuming that is a head just showing along the right edge of the dress).

I'm trying to figure out what it is. It looks monsterous compared to the size of the ladder. The head to the side also is out of proportion & looks like it is facing the wrong way.

I would love to know more about the photo!
