Indeed...that is a famous fountain...cos several famous wet scenes from movies were also shot in that same fountain....
e.g. the Stephanie Powers wetlook scene from the 1984 miniseries "Mistral's Daughter" was shot there.
Also Hollywood built a replica of that fountain inside a studio, for Gene Kelly's classic musical movie "An American in Paris" too.
