When you clicked the video a box from firefow should come up and say if you want to open it or save it to disk, if you click save to disk the next box along will show the video and a download progress bar, at the bottom of that box it should say where it is saving it to.

Alternatively in Firefox click TOOLS > OPTIONS > DOWNLOADS TAB you will now see where it is saving everything to.

I have the same problem that you had. I tried Firefox also but it didn't work. I got it to start downloading then I couldn't find where it left the clip. I don't even know if it finished the clip. It would be great if it worked well but I can't seem to get it to work at all. If I can't make it work I just won't see what's on it. There is enough other stuff that does work.
