Thanks David. You have always been very supportive as well as some others have been. I'm not fishing for comments, but just wondering why in general the forum shuns those who sell things. Like I said, we posted 9 free photos and only one comment. I've seen this same reaction to others who try to sell anything. I guess people are mad that they don't get to see the other 178.

photo set's and have had the honour of buying some pyjamas for Jennifer, i always try to post a thankful comment for the great awesome pics they share with us and would love to be able to buy all the set's but...

Money's tight around my way and sadly crummy things like debts and rent and taxes and all the other bollocks that comes with modern life stop me from being able to afford to buy set's and join the other wetlook sites i would love too.

Keep up the great work Todd and Jennifer i,ll do my best to be more supportive.

Well, as those of you who do remember me will know, i don't post much these days, mostly due to the fact that I don't have a lot to say. but also down to being married and not really wanting my wife to know that I still look at this place...that's life I suppose.

However, just because I don't post doesn't mean I don't appreciate everything which those of you who do give away free stuff have to offer, I think you are all great and for those of you trying to make a living/recoup a bit of cash, I wish I had the spare money to support you all. Unfortunately paying for a mortgage and debts which I ran up when i was a student just makes that a total impossibility.

Those with reaaly long memories will remember back when I posted a few sets of my girlfriend at the time...I never expected to make any money off of it, because the way I saw it, I would have done it anyway and I would have took the photos anyway, so it was nice to give something back to those who'd given me so much enjoyment. Unfortunately I got a lot of negative comments 'Your girfriend is fat...' etc, so that killed that off.

I'm rambling now, but I guess my points are:-

a) It could be worse

and

b)maybe we should all take the time to say when we have enjoyed something more often.

It has long been known that this forum shuns anyone who produces wetlook and attempts to sell anything. Jennifer and I both knew this when we started to sell photo sets and expected it. However, why does this happen? I'll use an example. The photo set we just released contains around 187 photos. We posted 9 of those photos (well, 8 since I forgot to fix the one link last night) and I thought they weren't too bad for the amateurs we are. We got 1 response in this forum. Now, let's assume for a minute that we're somebody who posts everything for free as we had done in the past and in this situation we posted lets say 5 photos from a wet adventure. We chose to share these 5 photos from our personal wetlook endeavor. In this situation we probably would have had I'm guessing maybe 5 or 7 reponses .. all with their tongues hanging out! I thought that posting 9 sampe photos was being very generous, and in fact it might have hurt sales because it makes people less curious about what's in the set. So my question is why does this happen? As soon as anyone tries to recover some of the costs from this stuff, the community ignores them. I'm not bitter about it or anything because we both fully expected this would happen when we started to sell photo sets. But what we all have to remember is that the amateurs out there aren't getting rich. They might be making a little on the side, but they still do it more for the comments than the money. If the interest doesn't seem to be there, many of the amateurs may disappear. Does this community just want the full "professionals" doing wetlook or is there room for the "little guys" here too? The big producers will continue to sell stuff because they're making a living at this and have to continue with their work or go back to their previous job. What about the little guys? If there doesn't seem to be interest, they will disappear. Is that what we want?
