If the adress, ccv etc are all good, then you should not give them their money back. Why? Well it might sound harsh, but if someone can't keep his credit card safe and it gets int the hands of their child, who uses it without permission, then the child is commiting a crime - stealing from his own parents. You are not commiting any crime. Your site takes all the legal precautions against frauded transactions. If you let people have their money back once they can abuse it. Someone joins, harvests and then his parent, wife, etc calls and threathens with the police. Very convinient. I'd ignore them.

Anyway the case from Alabama is lost for the person that is threatening. By US and International law, you did everything OK. If she calls the police she will have problems herself, or if it's a mother and child situation the child might have problems. Or at least it will be a humiliation for her.

Anyway, don't give in to such people as most such practises are people who want the pics, but they don't want to pay any money.

Okay guys... Having a problem here.. This has only happened once before and I covered someone's ass.. This week, it's gotten out of hand..

I have rec'd 3 different phone calls from IRRATE Wives/ Girlfriends/ Moms/ WHATEVER this week and they expect calls back... I will begin calling them back tomorrow as I have no choice.. That or take Fraud / Chargeback hits. One in Alabama is threatening Police, ect. Well, I may get the chargeback but since the CCV matched, Address matched and it went on for 3 months before she called, I'm not too worried....

My card processing is set up NOT to reflect Wetlook U or Messy U but you have to be a LITTLE more discreet or creative in your explainations...
