i've always wanted to go to the santa monica pier.where my favorite tv show "three's co" was tape at the beginning/after the show

I don't know ANYTHING about this event or even if it's on the level but maybe someone like MK can verify it's authenticity. The Santa Monica Pier does have free concerts but this is the first I've heard of this wet dress event.
