If you want long, lean legs, this might be the trick for you. Sarah says she went swimming in a pool wearing jeans and a sweatshirt.

"I know it is crazy--you could drown," says Wiley. "But it helps slim down your legs."

The pageant queen says it's important to wear tight jeans. She swam for about 30 minutes, four times per week. She did scissor kicks from the side of the pool and walked fast in the shallow end of the pool. She claims to have seen results within a week of starting the exercise, and, though she's been weight training and running since she was 14-years-old, she swears by resistance training in a pool."
