Appropriate Aquatics Attire Many water exercise participants wear tights, aquatics wear with support, or leotards and a jog bra. Swimsuits are not optimal because they are not made for vertical exercise and don't offer adequate support.
You need not be a swimmer, and you can wear almost anything or almost nothing! Long tights are fine.

In reply to Message (24402) wet lycra fans, a new sport for you
By sjakie - Fri 25/08/06 04:11:36 GMT I saw an article in the local newspaper about Aquaspinning (Aquariding, hydroride). I believed suchs things are always in a bathing suit but............ There was a different dresscode in the article. To protect your legs the advice was to wear a long biking pence to protect your legs and a lycra top over your bathingsuit. So, wet lycra fans, you find your sport now
