i-bbs.sijex net is a host server for a great many image BBS's, most dealing with Japanese idols, models and fetish subjects. These bulletin boards come and go. You'll find a lot of my posts (if I ever get around to posting again) use i-bbs.sijex boards as well as the other big Japanese idol/fetish BBS server; 18ban. When one of the sijex net bulletin boards goes away, the default page you have URLed here, comes up. The registration business is for someone who wants to start a new BBS with the i-bbs.sijex.net server. It has nothing to do with the bulletin board you used to follow. That board has gone away. An example of the i-bbs.sijex boards can be accessed from this page by clicking on the line of red kanji in the text below the scrolling window. It will not, however, be the BBS you used to follow. That one is gone.

but now it appears to require registration or something but I can't understand what they want or how to do it.
