If I understand the situation correctly, such transactions are themselves not illegal in Canada either, but the act of solicitation for such activity IS illegal.

This site is hosted on American soil, so American law prevails. I believe such transactions ARE illegal in most states, but your posting isn't exactly an ad for specific services for sale by any specific individual, so I can't see any form of breach here.

I don't know about other countries, but over here the police or judges don't get all worked up over paid sex.

A lot of houses of pleasure in Holland offer rooms with a bath, for customers to enjoy spending their money with a girl. Of course you have to pay extra for the bath and extra time, but if you bring a girl some clothes to get wet in (undies will usually do the trick) she may well do so.

No guarantees however.

I don't know about prices nowadays (can't afford it anymore), but five years back hfl 300 (€ 140) could buy about an hours time, part of which could be spent in the bath.

That's one hell of a scenario. The cops break in and you're dumping a bucket of water on the escorts head while she still has her clothes on. Could they really arrest you for that? What would the judge say?
