I'm absolutely sure that the whole video has a written script, is well prepared, all people are casted, they had a lot of test takes and all the actors know what they have to do in the moment of falling: smile.

Nobody else, not even me, would show such a happy smile if (s)he unintentionally stumbles into a deep hole full with dirty water. Everyone would scream, try to get out as soon as possible. And they would turn around to reach the ground where they were short before, instead of swimming through the whole hole.

No, that would be a very sad video.

And finally, the risk that the bicyclists get seriously injured would be much to high for the producer.

I don't condone that sort of trick and it makes me mentally sick to watch it. Wetlook to me is a consentual fetish. Even being pushed into a pool is dubious, for anyone who's not realised that they have something in their pocket that cannot get wet. Or are too drunk to realise. But going for innocent people is just pure selfish bastardry and there is no way that any reasonable person can get hot over watching it.
