I was near these fountains from 18.30 to 20.00. The high school graduates were arriving, but at that time they paid no attention to the fountains. As we can see in the picture (and it is also mentioned in the article), the graduates bathed in the fountain at night. So I didn't wait long enough. Was anyone more patient and luckier than me?
