They are known as Reflex (A 3 girl group) title of this one is "Trudno Govorit'" They seem to do a bit of wetlook in all their music vids, including one where the pour paint over each other

Most Russian clips are avialable at "Music Box Russia" channel, which can be caught all over Europe from Hot Bird Satellite in digital. From almost every European country (+ Israel) you can vote on the clips you want by SMS. So especially in not-peak hours if you know of some Russian clips with wetlook you can easily see wetlook clips at reasonable price.
