Just finished watching "When a Stranger Calls" on DVD... Decent wet scenes for jeans and shoe/sock fans like myself, but the interesting thing is if you watch the movie with 'director commentary' feature on. When it gets to the part of the movie where she gets wet, the lead actress (Camilla Belle) mentions jokingly how the movie "had to have underwater scenes" and that it "contains wetlook", and she said a couple of times that she enjoyed shooting the water scenes. Interesting to find out that she actually knows about wetlook!
