As far as I'm concerned it should be okay; after all sixteen is (the minimum) legal age in UK, but for reasons of public opinion I guess she should wear dark underwear just in case. I will have to ask the pool management to make sure there's no risk of false accusations though, for the avoidance of doubt legally. As there are photographic restrictions, I guess she might want to stay out of view for the first and final fifteen minutes of the party (photography is forbidden for (at least) the remainder). And I guess the average age range present will be twenties thru fifties, so I hope she doesn't feel out of place!

Any chance of bending the 18 rule, as their is no nudity? I would come with my friend from Oxford, as I am going to visit her in late october / early november but she is three years younger then me (that is 16)...

Halloween SWAMP pool party 2006 (London UK, Oct/Nov)

We now have seven people interested in attending,

we need about fifteen to get the admission per person down to £16. (in trousers, discount £8. in dresses/skirts)
