Simply go if you work with:

IE : to Temorary Internet Files \ Content IE5.5\ and look into one of the folders and find files xxxxx.tmp or xxxxx.flv or without any file type

copy this file to another directory and rename to the originale movie name.

Opera : to Opera\Profile\Cache4\ and look for the file

In both cases empty the folders before running the video and sort for date or size to reduce work finding the file.
