The 1st amendment is alive and fairly well. I can not think of a way the Courts could ban wetlook as illegal porn, since the legal standard for doing so is still very very high. The real problem is that a private company has every legal right ban what ever they like. With dingbats like this one, with far too much time on their hands one can only pray that this video site doesn't cave!
