There are numerous American laws that I don't understand either.....one of the silliest worded phrases that you often hear on Cop shows dating back to "The FBI" tv series in the 1960's to "Cops" today....is that they always say that somebody is being charged with "unlawful flight to escape prosecution".......so does that mean there is such a thing a "lawful flight"....of course not....so the wording is redundant.
In relation to wetlook laws.....all you have to do is read the notice boards at many waterparks in America....and you will often see in their rules "No T Backs".......damn....I was so looking forward to trying mine out.....ha ha |
