A few people below put swimsuits in the least favorite. So I'd like to know--

If your female friend absolutely has to buy a swimsuit but you get to pick it out for her, which would you prefer?

I once saw an ad for a suit, but I've never actually seen anyone wearing it, that was really just a camisole and drawstring surfshorts. Why can't that catch on? If nothing else, then that would at least enable more women to wear actual camisoles and regular shorts if they don't have suits and wouldn't otherwise swim clothed.
