I too started noticing around age 5 or so that seeing a woman (or girls at the time I was that age) in wet clothing turned me on.  At the time I didn't understand what "turned on"  was, but I knew that it felt good.  My fetish is not as limiting as some other readers.  I can easily get turned on by seeing women naked.  But seeing a woman in wet clothing triggers a much more intense response.  I feel fortunate that wetlook does not control my life in any way.  It just enhances my sex life.
