I like the idea of your site. Jennifer and I do a lot of wet hair, but there aren't a lot of other free sites that include a lot of wet hair pictures. SO....BRING IT ON!! From our experience, Webshots would be the way to go unless you're going to be putting up material not suitable for everybody. Webshots doesn't seem to mind some see-through stuff as long as it isn't "too" see-through and I can't understand what they do and do not allow. They're removed some of our pictures which didn't show much at all and have left pictures in the same albums that show a whole lot more ... sometimes very see-through. We've looked at their emails saying that they removed pictures and don't understand their logic at all. Sometimes they say they've removed pictures and we check it out and the pictures are still there. I think that if you try to keep the more "adult" stuff to a very minimum, they let you alone. I think our setup now works very good for us. We post about once a week to our website and the rest of the time we post to Webshots. If it's a set of adult nature, we put it to our website. The drawback is that the website does cost some money. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to have somebody pay our hosting fees for a year, which helped us out a lot. The fees aren't a lot though so if you wanted to go that route, you just chalk it up to recreation and play in the family budget. Be aware though that you have to watch bandwidth very carefully. We get 20 Gig of bandwidth each month. Last month, we used about half of that with updates every week. But, our updates were held to around 30 pictures and these pictures had to be drastically cut back in size. Our pictures on Webshots average about 400-500 K each; whereas, our pictures on the website are about 100 K each. The website is much faster than Webshots which many people like. I know that as we keep adding more photo sets, the bandwidth will go up because people will go in to see the new update and check out old stuff they haven't seen in a while while in there. When this happens, we'll almost have to start removing old picture sets when we add new ones to balance things out and keep bandwidth down. On Webhots, we keep everything. With a website you also have to design the pages so people aren't loading a lot of images they don't want to see. For example we keep our entry page to a minimum and put all the Webshots thumbnails on a separate page so that people don't load all these images unless they actually want to see our Webshots stuff and click something to get to them.

I know you only wanted to hear about Yahoo groups or Webshots, but I brought up stuff about the webpage as well just for you to think about. I agree with the others that Yahoo Groups is NOT the way to go. Go with Webshots, but keep nudity and adult material off of it or they'll be on your case all the time. If you want to include adult material at some time, you may want to pay for hosting fees so you have a place to store those photos. this will be a look into my sick mind(to most of you anyways) what I consider wetlook(IMO,as long as the girls hair slowly goes from dry to wet,thats all that matters to me.The girls could be bude,in bathing suits,or clothing to me,personally.But for your pleasure,I'll have them in a skirt and hose outfit.....I'll be guarenteed at least half of y'all liking it,and Todd loving it)
