It's not really a big deal, though it can seem like one at the time. I had lots of troubles like that through my early 20's. Mostly it was just nerves, though Russ has a good point too. I was (am) a fetishist and am not really turned on by regular naked sex. Well, these days I like it because I've been conditioned by my wife, but back then I wasn't arroused at all by it, so I couldn't get it up. Really f-cked with my head, too. I don't know, but maybe it's something like that for you?

Big question is: can you achive an erection at other times? If not, go to a doctor. I so, then it's a mental thing. Anxiety will kill an erection pretty quick.
