you just can insert pictures already on computers with an url. The rule is if the pic isn't yours just are only allowed to post the link to the original pic.
You just have to copy and paste the link text in your messege.
If you have origiginal pics to post and no room on the net, emailme directly.

Would someone who has a moment explain to me (computer challenged), as simply as possible, how to insert a picture on the forum.
I really enjoy the community and would like to contribute back...
