All I'm saying, Fpn, is that you are trying to sell Louis's Waterworld on the Minx Forums. How can you not see a problem with this? As far as I know, Waterworld, is a Minx tape. I know this because I bought it directly from Minx. It was one of the first wetlook tapes I purchased. This being said, you are advertising the sale of a Minx wetlook tape on a Minx wetlook forum, where Minx is attempting to sell that exact same tape. No, it is not illegal, it is unethical.

Did you ask permission? If so, great. I never said anything about it being illegal. I was just trying to make you aware of what you were doing.

Never heard of that here in Europe. I don´t think there are any problems selling videotapes here, just look on Ebay germany and UK, there are loads and loads of video and dvd for sale.

FPn, go ahead and sell, but keep it in Europe.

It is legal to sell used videos, music, software, etc as long as you do not retain any copies for yourself. If you made any backup copies, these must either go with the sale or be promptly erased. If you retain any copies of copyrighted material after selling the original then you are breaking the law.

These are all original tapes, and as far as I am informed about the law, there is nothing wrong to resell original goods to a third person. Please inform me in case the rules in the USA are different.

I love the stuff that you post and have joined one of your sites in the past so please don't take this the wrong way..... Did you really just offer up a package including one of the moderater's tapes on it? How would you like it, if he did that to you? I'm sure it's just an oversight on your part. There's been too much fighting on this board to start up again. We're all friends here.
