Not two singers, but two actors miming.

Milli Vanilli were famously ousted in the 90s for not actually performing their songs.

Was a good video though, I seem to remember two versions of it, there was another version where a girl in a lift wearing a nice dress also got wet. Very vague memory though.

When I saw the name of the song, I thought it might be a cover version.

Remember, the original had the two "singers" backed up by three ladies wearing long skirts getting absolutely soaking wet in the second half of the video.
