Rapidshare has upgraded in the last week. But they check your IP address so if you have a dynamic one there is a risk that someone else with that IP has already downloaded stuff. One idea MIGHT be to disconnect from the internet and try again, it might work depending on your ISP....

Booooring when technical stuff gets in the way of wetlook... :(

Is it me or has rapid share change in the last few weeks. Two weeks ago I could always download at least one file on the free section. Now every time I try I cannot because it says I am already downloading which I am not or I have to wait for 60 mins.
