FYI, here is a nice summary of all the various Fancy Dress swims that are taking place in more than 10 different cites in the UK starting from Xmas Day thru Boxing Day to New years day.

If you are able to visit any of these events and bring your camcorder, you will see hundreds of clothed swimmers (tip = the biggest event, with more than 800 clothed swimmers is always the one at Seaburn near Sunderland).

Anybody who sends me a tape with lots of footage will get their choice of 3 free DVDs or a 6 month membership to one of our sites....or if you go to the event in Sunderland I am willing to buy you a camcorder as a Xmas gift.

Tip....wrap up with some warm clothes and take a flask of coffee with you....cos it is bloody cold on those UK beaches...but that does not stop the nutters from going in.
