another, better wetlook scene in Star Trek you will find in the last series "Enterprise", 2nd season, episode "Precious Cargo". A crewman and a cute princess during a fight rolling together in a pond. On DVD with slomo and zoom it is amazing!

I think that one may have been Genesis...where she is in her bathtub in full uniform. The crew are deevolving to their respective pre-historic forms.

Can someone please tell me the name of the episode the wetlook scene with the councilor occured in?

Also the calendar year if you happen to know it. How long does this scene last?
