It's small, so there are hardly any details; the pool isn't deep; and there are no pics of anyone falling in. Mr. Cameraman wanted to keep his camera nice and dry! There _are_ some people standing in the water and splashing others, and evidence I think of some drunkenness. But alas, no swimming or lying in the water.

Go to this link. Then click on "video" (written in red). Try to download the mpg file "tout le monde dans la piscine" (that means "everybody in the pool").

I tried to but I couldn't. There's some before pics on page 2 (scroll down to find the link) that make me think the video should be good.
