I know. We were at a party last night at the home of one of our animal-rights activist friends, about to watch a video of "The Witness" [a 45-minute video about how a Bronx contractor changed from not caring about animals to being a devoted crusader for animal rights and animal welfare], and the VCR on their big screen TV was tuned to the station carrying the Miss America Pageant, and I saw girl dive into the pool in her jeans too. Nice scene, but too little. And we never saw any footage of that contestant emerging from the water after she dove in. Darn the luck! :( Replying to Message (194)  Miss American Pageant...ARGH!!!!! By Wam! - On the Miss American pageant tonight, they showed little "candid" clips from each of the contestants. One of them showed a girl in jeans and a half-sweater diving into the pool! But they didn't show it again, so I guess she didn't make the finals! ARGH!!!!
