I have recompressed the file with DIVX5.02 video codec and made an 2,6MB avi file which is not of the same quality but it's not that bad.

Nice video , but funny, the zipped file is less than 20Mb

while the unzipped one is 46Mb .

It seems to me that the mpeg file contains empty spaces that

make it bigger than it should be , because normally video

files have the optimal compression.

Hi all,

Olli had uploaded the file correctly to my ftp. Since it is quite big it is still in a zipfile, just like Olli upped it.

Anyway, I would say enjoy. I was quite wondering about how big the file is but it is an mpg of quite good quality.

So shoot and download all you can.

I am thinking about giving the forum access to my ftp, because I have about 10 Gb of space there, but since the upload is not that nice (about 27 Kb/s max), I guess that there will be some confusions! Anyway, let me know what you think, what should I do?

Would you agree with only connecting with two at once?

Also another thing that I have to say. Since I have a satelite dish and I am able to record movies directly on dvd, and then rip them to divx, I can post whatever movie that is on one of the channel that I have. So if there is an interesting movie, let me know, so that I can post it.
