I think she was a bit apprehensive and said she wasn't sure because the weather was cooler. However after a few drinks we walked down to the beach and we saw a few teenage girls walking up to their waists in the waves. This seemed to help and she decided to go for a dip. She looked at the water for ages but seemed so worked up I knew she was going to do it.  I took the photos as she walked past the girls and into the sea getting her jeans wet up to the waist. She chatted with them and laughed at something and then she turned into the waves. She went deeper until her red shirt was sticking to her and then she dived under the water.  She swam around for a few minutes. She came out and told me she loved it - she wasn't uncomfortable at all. Then she went back in, her long black hair looked fantastic. Two girls then joined her and they swam around with her. The tide was up and there was quite a crowd by the time they emerged and she looked great. I was really proud of her. The weather was not that great and the shots make the day look so grey which was a disappointment. She said she liked the feeling of wet clothing and would like to swim in her clothes again - when the weather is sunnier and she wants me in there with her the next time.
