Where did you read that? I'd really like to know because it may have come from some website put together by an Instant Expert, a type the Internet has no shortage of: people who pull information right out of their asses and trot it out as fact. These are always people who read little or nothing, and have nothing to offer but their own empty-headed opinions.

Roughly 30% of men have a fetish. Almost NO women have fetishes, and a guy with a wet-clothing fetish who goes out trying to find a woman with a wet-clothing fetish is in for plenty of disappointments. My data comes from experts in the field of human sexuality (The Magic of Sex by Miriam Stoppard MD, The Art of Sexual Ecstasy by Margo Anand, The Joy of Sex by Alex Comfort). I've found the same conclusions in a variety of different books and articles on the subject. About the best thing a guy can do is communicate his need/desire to get wet to his partner, rather than expecting her to 'adopt' the same fetish.

The good news is: Alex Comfort says that wet clothing can be a 'releaser', allowing a relief from sexual inhibitions. It is not considered a perverted thing to enjoy wet clothing.

I just read about it: There are many more female fetishists than it seems. Maybe they are equal. But they don't want to "come out" as they think they ARE a minority... somehow paradox.

Fetishes are mostly held by men, although they do also happen in women. Most women, instead of having a fetish, have a fantasy of one kind or another, such as being picked up by a shining knight on a white horse. I've seen many comments by women who are into wetlook that most women would enjoy wet clothes, but just don't know until they try it.
