Just to let you now, there's a foamparty at Ekeren (near Antwerp) tonight. I went last year too and it was a really great party with lot's of wild girls who didn't matter if they became totally wet! Guys were pooring water down there trousers and skirts and they didn't mind at all ... okay, some of them were (a bit) drunk, but making them wet in the wetlook-kinda-way isn't any kind of abuse ;-) ...
