Amf:

when you open one of those links, you see on the left side a login field. Click on "Registreeru". Then you`ll get another window to enter your "userdata". Enter (in order of the fields):

- Your preferred username (Amf or whatever)

- preferred Password

- repeat password

- your "real" name (let phantasy play)

- your e-mail address (this has to be real as you will get your release info there)

- "birthday" (see above)

- gender ("mees" is male I believe)

- your hometown (chose any from the list)

and click on "Registreerun"

Then you will get a message to your mailbox with further info, which is fairly easy to follow (or maybe it´s just a confirmation, I don´t remember so well)

When this is done, open the link to the overview again, enter your user data on the left side. Opening one of those pics, you will see a new, additional link below the pic "lisa valitud piltidesse" which opens the real size pic.
