There was every week a woman in these very wide, thin cotton blouses (wet of course) on the title (and inside)of at least one magazine cover. My best view I had in 79 /80, when I was shopping: A young lady in one of these blouses in mentioned above, ultra thight blue jeans and brown / beige over knee boots in a heavy rain. :-) Ah...memories. And don't forget the TV-shows! Anyone remember those gameshows, where the contestants had to solve some problems (mostly connected with a large pool), clothed of course. |
In reply to Message (1781) Wetlook on TV
By Mike - Mon 13/01/03 14:36:35 GMT I was flipping through the channels the other day and came across MacGyver on TVLand. It turns out it was, in my opinion, the best wetlook episode of the series. It had Robin Curtis getting wet twice in her skin tight jeans. First from a bus and then later in a river. Now the question. Which era had the best wetlook? My vote is for the 80's, no contest. If you look back at all the great tv from that decade, there were a lot of tv shows that featured wetlook. Gee, where to begin. Of course MacGyver had a lot. Then there is Remington Steele, The Fall Guy, Knight Rider, Dallas, Knots Landing, Dukes Of Hazzard and I am sure there are more. What shows since then have showed wetlook on a regular basis? Besides Baywatch, I sure can't think of any. All we need now are for thoes shows to come back on. |
