I must be a girl then (woo yay!) ;-) I've always preferred getting wet (clothed) to just watching it, although getting wet with other people who also enjoy getting wet is even better! And I can talk freely about it to my best friend (who is also male) and to certain other male friends... To me, the feel of getting wet, the clothing clinging to the body, the water pouring off afterwards, is far better than just going to the beach (or the Net) and staying dry -- although sometimes the British weather enforces this :-(

Then again, before the Net, I used to get wet on my own (mainly in the bath) and enjoyed it just as much, there were no real opportunities (except Trafalgar Square) to join in with others or to discuss it online (I wonder if Prestel had a WAM area on ClubSpot? Probably not, or it was cugged off...) And I didn't know it was called Wetlook until I saw the term on the Net; I think it was Anthony's J.O.W.C. site I first discovered, followed by WackyWet, back in the late 1990's, and then Larry's Forum (which became this one). Messy means much less to me, so I don't tend to post on UMD etc. all that much.

I know women can get away with wearing a teeshirt in a public pool far more easily than men... they just go ahead and do it, and if questioned by the 'guard they claim to have forgotten their swimwear or bikini top; we have to ask before we get in the water if it's okay to wear it (health clubs are good for this -- ask before joining, and if they don't allow it, then don't join! They need the money more than they worry about the fluff in their filters!) And yes, always shower in your gymkit after a workout! (I always do, except sometimes in the very cold weather) :-)

I can only speak from my point of view but I know of many woman who love wetlook. We just don't officially call it "Wetlook". I know of many girls who get wet on purpose but we don't feel a need to search for it on the net. If a girl really wants to get wet, she finds a way. I know it's seen as naughty but I think it's excepted better than if it were done by a male. Woman are able to be open and free about their love of water with each other. That's how come we can go to the bathroom in group. We play in the rain, shower together, and skinny dip all under the guard of woman-hood. It's without pressure(to preform) and fun.

I enjoy surfing this site and I view it quite often. It's more for ideas but I also enjoy the look. I do enjoy looking at the guys. I just haven't seen much. I like to see full shots....heads attatched, faces seen, and having fun. I think it's even better when it's a couple playing around.

Posers are going to come and go. Woman see wetlook as sexy and fun. If you ask the average girl what they like about being wet, they would describe it quite differently than a man. Men describe what they have seen with great detail. Ask a woman to tell you about the hot guy who jumped in the pool fully clothed and you'll get detail but about ourselves we just aren't that descriptive.

Are there actually women out there who read this forum? I have asked a few times and seldom get responses. Usually, when you do it is someone claiming to be a 19 year old co-ed. As soon as they say that I visualize a 60 year old guy with a beer gut and big cigar sitting around in his doublewide.

It is unfortunate that the chat lines have died out.

I am beginning to doubt that there are any average, normal age desperate (ex)housewives who enjoy wetlook and who are not afraid to chat about it.

This is a great web site and I love it. If fills the need for a fetish and the photos and videos are great. But, we are a huge community. There isn't a lot of chatter among us. I think most of us are voyeurs and not participants.
