Don't you what you call it....but this is what Hollywood, tv and music videos often do....i.e. create a fake wetlook impression via a false depth of perspective....

i.e. put water or rain effects in the foreground....while the model or actress stays in the background and is actually perfectly dry. You often see that done on fake rain scenes on music videos...i.e. the rain effect is placed in the foreground next to the camera lens...while the girl stays in the background and appears to be in the rain, but is actually not being rained on at all.

Look at those pics more carefully....the girls hair is totally dry and perfect in all the pics. Thats a pretty amazing feat...2 girls in the shower and neither of them are actually getting wet....it is merely the water droplets on the glass you are witnessing.

Therefore these pics have zero wetlook at all.
