Just outa curiosity...

I formerely shot shot wetlook in Wash.DC fountains for more than twenty years when I lived in the area.

But I am unfamiliar with this fountain. Unless it is at the FDR memorial site. Which has much police presence to keep fountain waders in check.

It may be new (unlikely), or is in the WDC suburbs (possibly-Alexandria comes to mind), or is somewhere else (more likely).

Also, during the current drought, most fountains have been shut down.

Thoughts? Theories?
