The movie Racing Stripes (about a zebra race "horse") opens with circus folk moving animals in a driving rain storm. In movie-world,the circus people wear their ring attire all the time, so we are treated to a woman in a mini-dress and thigh-boots with heels running around in the rain. There are actually some close-up shots of the boots hitting the muddy dirt road. The whole scene lasts a couple of minutes. I have no idea about the rest of the movie. Didn't get past the first scene.
