I agree with both of you. I have a fettish and I love it. I think as long as it doesn't interfere with your life, it doesn't interfere with your job or relationships and it doesn't hurt you, what the hell! I get aroused by women in wet clothing. It is pleasing to me. I was fortunate enough to have had a wife and then a girlfriend (not at the same time) that both indulged me. It really helped the old libido. I don't have that now. So, trust an old war horse, enjoy it while you can. |

By wetimer - isthisobscureenough@yahoo.co.uk Mon 04/07/05 15:56:48 GMT I have seen a few discussions on this forum about whether we are addicted to this activity of checking the forum, and obsessively looking at loads and loads of wet girls. I have wondered on a few occasions whether my own behaviour with relation to wetlook is becoming unhealthy. Well, I have recently had abstinence forced upon me through the unfortunate experience of being disconnected to the web for about a month, due to technical difficulties. I thought you might like to know how I reacted.
Initially, I was incredibally frustrated, to the point of anger. After a day or two, I calmed down. I noticed that I was definately becoming less sexually aroused at every moment. Embarrasing as this may be to admit, but the frequency with which I masturbated went down. Not a lot, but enough for me to notice. As far as experiencing wetlook firsthand, well, that also diminished, probably to the level of frequency I had before I had the web ie about once or twice a week, rather than about every other day.
Mentally, I noticed that I stopped looking for another chance to log on the whole time.
Overall, I think it was a positive expereince.
However, I definately missed the chance to see our version of porn, ie beautiful and beautifully dressed girls dripping or submerged. I also definately missed the contact with other like-minded people.
I think I have learnt that there is a level of balance that I need to strike. And most importantly is this:
I can be part of the wetlook community and a fulfilled person, without necassarily checking EVERY message that gets posted onto EVERY forum!
I'd be interested in any thoughts that the rest of you have on keeping a balance.
