You can buy wetlook tapes only through the internet. There are no shops where you can go and buy them off shelves.

And by the way, Apex has some tapes on sale. They are sold really cheap for $10. (They cost $35-40). The notice is on this page of this forum. (sorry, don't know to post a direct link).
