@maxval: at the time we Europeans do enough for the USA. We give them our fuel! Why? - because the USA is too stupid for the modern times. The US-cars are completely unbelievable fuel-burners (inside low-tech in the late 60ies-standard). The household-machines (coolers!, ovens!!!, washing-machines!!!) have a standard like European technic in the early 50ies, so the consumption of energy is -seen for every citizen- the most highest in the world. For new raffineries or the renovation of the old ones is no money left - because billion of Dollars were thrown out for total stupid things like the "home defence ministery". Read the articles about it. It it wouldn't be so sad, you must lough.
