The best times to catch wetlook on the Oregon coast are October through December (try around Depoe Bay) or in the spring, when the fraternities and sororities from the real OSU (Oregon State University, for the benefit of those of you overseas, as opposed to the impostor Ohio State University) take trips to the beach and always end up in the surf.

I went to the Kite festival and competition in Lincoln City, OR this weekend, hoping to catch both the kites and the beach action. The kites were great, but the wetlook was non existant. It rained sunday, but the wife wanted to go :( maybe next year
