Yes. Most frustrating. They blame it on number of people accesssing site ... no way. We have sites that have many more users without access issues. But when it works, Nigel had done a fantastic job managing and maintaning this great site ... I am sure he/they have financial constraints that precludes going to a high bandwidth provider.
