...and the site clearly states that they arn't his, and that they are only a collection:

"This site collects the best photos of the girl in wet clothes from all immense open space of the Internet."

Don't worry about it though, the english isn't very good, and I'm sure by when the webmaster sais "the girl", he means "girls in general".

It's easy to misunderstand though, so again, don't worry about it, we all make mistakes!
