because the girls are not naked or in revealing clothes. You can post not sexual orientated wetlook photos of all people, as can be seen on pilt.ee or Webshots. and the girls can be 16 as well as 14, my God they can even be 18. Look around you, girls sometimes look in a very misleading way.
