Calm down! I suggest you write them an email instead of writing on a public forum. I had a bit of a problem myself, because I ordered 5 clip downloads in one transaction and the download links expired to fast for me to be able to download all 5 on my connection. I wrote them an email and they sent me non-expiring links. They were very helpful and polite. Mike. |
