10PM Friday night and I'm still getting the 'not found' message.

Shame, as the clip sounds interesting.

I get the same result using Firefox and IE.

Yes... it is indeed a candid wetlook clip. Some folks will like it, and I'm sure some won't.

Just posted a candid vidclip to RapidShare. This time, I have verified it works. It is small (650 kb), and short (30 sec.), but shows a woman wading into a cold lake in shorts & T-shirt. You can tell it is cold, because she does a cute dance.
